NeWell is a first of its kind healthy apartment design.

NeWell prides itself on an innovative new approach to home design that combines both high tech and health. This new approach will make its debut in Boston and features various technologies including whole-home water filtration, high efficiency air filtration and adaptive circadian lighting, among others, to noninvasively improve the overall health of its residents.

NeWell is a collaboration between Vin Vomero’s Forza Development, Alex Hodara’s Hodara Real Estate Group and Jeffrey Zucker’s Saltshaker Holdings.
